From Verve, a collection of Picasso's drawings reproduced in 1954 in a joint venture between Picasso and Anton Zwemmer and printed by the two finest printers of the day; Draeger Freres and Mourlot Freres
The drawings were made during his stay at Vallauris and the french art critic Tériade described them as "among the finest, boldest, most poignantly human of all he has produced in the course of his long and brilliant career."
